What are the delivery charges?
Flat rate per box — max 30 kg (60×40×40 cm). Same price whether you ship 15 kg or 30 kg.
- FR, DE, NL, BE, AT: €85
- IT, ES: €110
- DK, SE: €125
- UK: £155
- USA, Canada, UAE, KSA: quote on request
Quali metodi di pagamento accettate?
Bank transfer, Western Union, Ria, TransferGo, Wise. PayPal is not available from Turkey (since 2016).
Quanto tempo impiega la consegna?
Europe (DPD/GLS): about 5–15 giorni door-to-door after dispatch.
USA, Canada, UK, UAE, KSA (UPS/FedEx): typically 1–7 giorni after dispatch.
What happens after I order?
We prepare and ship your goods, then send the tracking number so you can follow the parcel.
Riceverò una fattura?
Yes — we send an official invoice once payment is received. You can pass it to your accountant.
Is shopping secure?
We operate as a certified company in Turkey. Payments are made via transfer apps (not card checkout on the site). We invoice after payment.
