Your order is packed within 1–3 business days into standard 60×40×40 cm cartons (max 30 kg each).

We send your tracking number via WhatsApp. Your order arrives door-to-door with DPD, GLS, UPS or FedEx.

How Many Boxes Do I Need?

1 box = maximum 30 kg (approx. 100–150 hijabs depending on model)
15 kg order? You still pay for 1 box — ideal for new boutiques testing the market
45 kg order? 2 boxes required = 2× the regional shipping price
60 kg order? 2 full boxes at 30 kg each = 2× the regional shipping price

Example: A boutique in Germany ordering 22 kg pays €85 shipping (1 box). A 50 kg order to Germany pays €170 (2 boxes × €85).

Shipping FAQ

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No. Hicabistan has no minimum order quantity. You can start with a small wholesale order and ship it in a single box.

Why is the price the same for 15 kg and 30 kg?

Shipping carriers charge per carton, not per kilogram (up to 30 kg limit). This means smaller orders benefit — you pay the full box rate regardless of whether you fill it completely.

Are customs duties and taxes included?

For Western, Southern and Northern Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia), customs and tax fees are included — no extra charges on delivery. This is possible under the EU–Turkey Customs Union, which removes import duty on textiles and apparel shipped with an A.TR movement certificate.

Ireland is the one EU exception: if a parcel is flagged for assessment, Irish Revenue bills import VAT/duty directly to the buyer on arrival — this is not pre-paid in our Ireland shipping price.

For the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Russia, Gulf states (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan), Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, North Africa and other air-freight destinations, import taxes or duties may apply at customs. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

How long does delivery take?

European destinations (DPD/GLS): approximately 15 days door-to-door.

USA, Canada, UK, Gulf states, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, Australia (UPS/FedEx/DHL): typically 3–14 days after dispatch.

Russia: average 8–12 days, up to 15 business days.

Times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays or local carrier delays.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

All shipments are fully insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will resend your products or refund your payment — your choice.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes. Each address requires a separate box and shipping charge. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange multi-address shipments.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, Wise (TransferWise), TransferGo, Western Union and Ria. PayPal is not available in Turkey since 2016. We do not process payments through the website — all payments are via secure transfer apps.

Do I receive an invoice?

Yes. We send an official invoice as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can forward this to your accountant for business records.
