1. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order with Hicabistan (“Seller”) you (“Buyer”) agree to these Terms. These terms apply to B2B sales via hicabistan.com, WhatsApp, email, and approved sales channels.

3. Orders & Minimum Quantities

Hijab / scarf styles: typically 10 pieces per colour (some models allow 5 per colour — confirm on the product page or with sales).
Clothing (abaya, dress, etc.): catalogue abayas and most modest-wear styles have no minimum order quantity; custom private-label designs may have project minimums (typically from 50 pieces per design — confirm with sales).
Abayas: no global minimum on many styles — confirm with sales for your selection.

Catalogue access for 30,000+ styles may require WhatsApp consultation. Online listings show a curated selection.

4. Pricing & Quotes

Prices on the website are wholesale factory-direct prices in EUR unless stated otherwise. Final invoice may include shipping, insurance, and applicable duties/taxes in the destination country. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the pro-forma invoice.

5. Payment

We accept bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT/SEPA), Wise, TransferGo, Revolut, Remitly, Western Union, and credit card where available.

Credit card: a 5% processing fee applies to the total order amount.
Other methods: third-party fees (e.g. €10 on €500, $35 on $1,000) vary by provider and must be paid by the sender so we receive the full invoice amount.

Important: Orders are prepared only after full payment is received. We do not offer 50/50 or partial prepayment on standard wholesale orders. Complete payment in coordination with your assigned sales consultant before production/shipment begins.

6. Shipping & Insurance

We ship worldwide via insured carriers. Delivery times vary by region (typically 5–14 business days). Risk passes to Buyer upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Delivery Charges page for estimates.

7. Quality & Claims

See our Returns & Quality Guarantee Policy. Routine returns are not accepted; verified defects, shortages, or transit loss are resolved by replacement or credit.

8. Intellectual Property

Product designs, photos, and branding remain the property of Hicabistan unless a written private-label agreement assigns rights to the Buyer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or customs delays outside our control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Istanbul unless mandatory consumer/B2B protections in the Buyer’s country require otherwise.
