Hicabistan is a factory-direct wholesale supplier — not a dropship catalogue. Most boutiques order physical samples (or a small 3–5 piece test line) before scaling. This page documents exactly how sampling works.

How the Sample Order Process Works

Step 1Choose styles from our wholesale hijab or wholesale abaya hubs — or pick specific SKUs (jersey tier, medina silk, open abaya, etc.).
Step 2Message us on WhatsApp with your country, preferred fabrics and quantities. We confirm stock, sample pricing and express shipping options.
Step 3Pay invoice (bank transfer or agreed method). Samples ship from Istanbul — typically 1–4 business days express to EU/UK, 5–8 days worldwide standard.
Step 4Inspect fabric hand-feel, opacity, stitching and colour. Approve for bulk — sample fees are often credited toward your first production order (private label runs).
